Student Responsibility
Fingerprints for background check: $40.00
Tuberculosis/TB skin Test or QuantiFERON Gold Blood Test: $5.00-$50.00
White tennis shoes: $25.00–$50.00
State Certification Exam: $75.00 – $85.00
Physical Exam: $50.00-$100.00 to include, Proof of current immunization against the following: measles, mumps, rubella (or have a positive rubella titer), tetanus, poliomyelitis, diphtheria, hepatitis B, or other immunizations that might be necessary to protect the students during their clinical rotation. Students refusing to receive shot may sign a waiver.
Installment payment plan:

- ONE – TIME PLAN where you pay the entire tuition amount at one time.
- TWO – TIME PLAN where you divide the tuition amount in 2-equal payments.
- MONTHLY PLAN you’ll pay monthly during the duration of the program.
